Members of our “Quarterback Club” spend all spring and summer perfecting their fundamentals and preparing for the upcoming season. This is our forum to showcase their success each week during the football season.

DeBiase and the Fletcher football team exploded for six touchdowns in the second quarter. DeBiase was 8/14 for 132 yards and 3 TDs. Read More

Cole Northrup (Class of 2017, St. Augustine HS, St. Augustine, FL)
Northrup and the St. Augustine Yellowjackets defeated Ponte Vedra 35-14. Northrup was 7/13 for 90 yards. St. Augustine remains undefeated on the season. Read More
There is a tremendous amount of excitement around the young Northrup. Last season he was one of the few freshman quarterbacks starting on a Varsity squad. He was a 2013 All First Coast honorable mention as a QB.

Mac Jones (Class of 2017, The Bolles School, Jacksonville, FL)
Jones, a sophomore, got his first start this past week in place of injured Joey Edden. Bolles never trailed in the game and defeated Vanguard 35-6. Jones had 1 TD pass in the game. Read More

Dodge City offense made big plays as the Red Demons recorded a 52-20 rout of the Liberal Redskins in a Western Athletic Conference showdown. In the first half Walters was 12/14 for 172 yds and 2 TDs. He rushed for another to lead Dodge City to 31-6 halftime lead. He finished the game with 3 passing TDs and 2 rushing TDs. Read More

Mason Winter (Class of 2017, Dodge City HS, Dodge City, KS)
Winter threw for 3 touchdowns and rushed another for the Dodge City Red Demon JV. They beat the Garden City Buffaloes Monday night.
He went 18/28 for 236 yds 3 TD passing and 42 yds on the ground for another score.

Nick Duncan (Class of 2015, Lawrenceville School, Lawrenceville, NJ)
Lawrenceville suffered its second loss of the season to DePaul, 62-20. Duncan had 3 TD passes in the game, all in the second quarter.

John Jacobs (Class of 2015, Committed to East Carolina University, Shawnee HS, Shawnee, OK, Twitter: @ShawneeJT3 )
A blizzard of points in the first quarter helped the Shawnee Wolves to cruise by the Noble Bears 42-19. Senior quarterback John Jacobs returned to the starting lineup after missing last week’s loss to Ponca City with a nagging hamstring injury. Jacobs completed 9 of his 11 pass attempts for 138 yards and four touchdowns before exiting the game in the second quarter. Read More

Jack Diamond (Class of 2017, Shawnee HS, Shawnee, OK)
The sophomore backup to 5-Star dual threat QB and East Carolina commit John Jacobs, Diamond has played in all of the Shawnee Wolves games due to a lingering hamsting injury that continues to impact Jacobs. Diamond relieved Jacobs near the end of the 2nd quarter and threw 1 TD pass in the game. Read More

Casady defeated Dallas St. Marks 42-35 in an exciting come from behind win. Casady's T'Quan Wallace was 13 of 26 for 237 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also ran the ball 12 times for 100 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Nick Starkel (Class of 2016, Liberty Christian, Argyle, TX)
Liberty snaps long skid against Nolan, 47-7. They had not defeated Nolan since the 2007 season, the same year they won a state championship Starkel completed 15 of his 19 passes for 217 yards and three touchdowns. Read More
