Each week during the 2014 high school football season we will highlight the play from members of our Quarterback Club (Wide Receivers Welcome/Included).
Members of our “Quarterback Club” spend all spring and summer perfecting their fundamentals and preparing for the upcoming season. This is our forum to showcase their success each week during the football season.

Kohl Hollinquest (Class of 2016, Sierra Canyon School, Chatsworth CA)
Kohl Hollinquest, who started at wide receiver, stepped in as quarterback against Nordhoff and played well, throwing for 238 yards (16-of-21 passing) and three touchdowns. The junior also rushed for 56 yards and a touchdown. Read More

Cole Northrup (Class of 2017, St. Augustine HS, St. Augustine, FL)
Northrup and the St. Augustine Yellowjackets where defeated 7-3. Northrup left the game in the second quarter with an injury to his non-throwing wrist. He'll be out at least 4 weeks. Read More
There is a tremendous amount of excitement around the young Northrup. Last season he was one of the few freshman quarterbacks starting on a Varsity squad. He was a 2013 All First Coast honorable mention as a QB.

Mac Jones (Class of 2017, The Bolles School, Jacksonville, FL)
Bolles was defeated by defending state champion American Heritage, 35-20. Jones relieved starter Joey Edden in the second quarter of the game. Read More

The Red Demons (4-2) lost a shoot-out to Hays 64-50. Walters accounted for 6 TDs in the game, 4 passing and 2 rushing. He finished the game 35/49 for 486 yards. Read More

Mason Winter (Class of 2017, Dodge City HS, Dodge City, KS)
Winter threw for 4 touchdowns and rushed for 2 more for the Dodge City Red Demon JV. They beat the Liberal Redskins Monday night.
He went 19/33 for 417 YDS and 4 TD passing and 48 YDS on the ground and 2 Rushing TD.

Nick Duncan (Class of 2015, Lawrenceville School, Lawrenceville, NJ)
36 first half points helped Lawrenceville get its first victory of the season defeating Mercersburg Academy 43-20. Duncan was impressive going 21/29 for 424yds and 4 TDs. He rushed an additional 4 times for 104 yards and 1 TD. Read More

Jack Diamond (Class of 2017, Shawnee HS, Shawnee, OK)
The sophomore backup to 5-Star dual threat QB and East Carolina commit John Jacobs, Diamond has played in all of the Shawnee Wolves games due to a lingering hamsting injury that continues to impact Jacobs. Shawnee moves to 4-2 on the season after being defeated by Bishop Kelley 27-20.

Mustang gave up three touchdowns in the first 4 minutes and 40 seconds Thursday night. But the Bronco defense was nearly perfect the rest of the night to lead the charge in a 41-27 win over seventh-ranked Norman North.
